How to craft Light Blue Concrete Powder

1. Open your Crafting Table so you have the 3x3 crafting grid.
2. Add Light Blue Dye, 4 Sand, 4 Gravel to the crafting grid. Since this is a shapeless recipe, the items can be placed in any square of the grid.
3. The Light Blue Concrete Powder will appear in the result box to the right.
4. Move the Light Blue Concrete Powder to your inventory.
