How to craft Minecart with TNT

1. Open your Crafting Table so you have the 3x3 crafting grid.
2. Add TNT, Minecart to the crafting grid. Since this is a shapeless recipe, the items can be placed in any square of the grid.
3. The Minecart with TNT will appear in the result box to the right.
4. Move the Minecart with TNT to your inventory.
